List of the Bad Food Combinations

    1. Milk and Banana

Milk is not compatible with bananas. When eating together, people can experience some health issues, such as cold, cough, sinus congestion, vomiting, and allergies.

    2. Cucumbers and Tomatoes

Most people love to eat both of the things in their salad. However, this is the worst combination that may result in gastrointestinal problems, such as nausea, bloating, gas, and stomach aches.

    3. Yogurt  and cheese

Eating yogurt on a daily basis is good for your health because yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein, and essential minerals and vitamins. Similarly, cheese is good for muscle and bone building. However, consuming both of these together can become dangerous because cheese takes a lot of time to digest and curd can also cause swelling to people with gallstones.

    4. Milk and Fish

According to Ayurveda, Milk is an animal product and considered as a vegetarian product. Whereas, Fish is a non-veg product and contains fatty acids and other vital elements. If the fish is not cooked well and consumed with milk, it can cause rashes to your body and imbalance your system, especially if you have any allergy or some sort of health issue.

    5. Pasta and Tomato

Most people prefer tomatoes in pasta due to their tangy taste. Yet, you need to know that tomatoes contain acids and when combined with cheese and other dairy products, it makes your digestive system weak and makes it difficult for you to digest.

    6. Pizza and Soda

Pizza and soda are some of the favourite combinations demanded by customers in restaurants due to the choice of toppings and sweetness of drinks. However, pizza is an unhealthy option and increases the levels of cholesterol due to the quantity of a lot of refined flour and other ingredients that weaken your digestive system and raise the risk of heart disease and other health issues.

    7. Milk and Fried Foods

Milk should not be consumed with fried foods because fried foods contain fat and heavy content that can overload the digestive system and lead to indigestion, bloating, and discomfort. Whereas milk includes lactose or a milk sugar that is difficult to digest and causes stomach cramps and gas when combined with fried foods.

    8. Honey and Ghee

Honey and ghee are good for human health and give so many benefits when swallowed separately. However, do not consume both things together because it can cause respiratory problems and stomach issues and can become a threat to health.

    9. Beans and Cheese

Beans and cheese are a poor combination for people with a weak digestive system. People can experience bloating and gas. Therefore, do not eat beans and cheese together.

    10. Food and Water

Water is good for your overall body, but do not drink with meals because it can make your digestion system poor and can cause acidity in your stomach. Try to drink water before or after 30 minutes of your meal.
